Hey, as you may remember, we aren’t exactly sure when our birthday is (depends how you count it), but we usually celebrate late August to early September. This year we are launching our new podcast/radio episodes, which we have called The Church of HMT. The hope is to release one episode a month of mental health themed discussion and metal songs. We are kicking off with 2 Episodes, the introduction – The Book of HMT, and a focus on AHDH and Tourette’s with Dan and Danny – The Book of Dan. Here is the link, we hope you like it 🙂

Its been another bumper year for us, especially in registering as a CIC, repping at Bloodstock and generally being out there spreading the word of HMT. Too many people to thank really, but we couldn’t do it without our roadies. You know who you are 🤘🤘
