Ben Jorgensen from the band Armor for Sleep, discusses their new album, The Rain Museum which was released on 9th September, with (our) Ben. The album was inspired by a short story Ben wrote, but also developed into a creative therapy for him in helping him cope with the fallout of his divorce. In this interview we discuss the album, the impact of lockdown on relationships, and how Ben (actually both Bens really) got though major life changes over the last couple of years. You can find out more about The Rain Museum here.
We couldn’t get hold of the PDF that Ben refers to in this interview but found this image to convey a similar idea – we got this picture from The Angry Therapist 🙂
