Really excited to announce that we are bringing our peer support groups to York.  Starting from the 4th Nov, first Tuesday of the month from 6pm.  Hosted by Bird and Blend on Low Petergate.  Just pop in, we hope to see you there.

We have been at The University of Nottingham's Institute for Mental Health, Refocus on Recovery conference this last couple of days.  We won a prize for best poster and did a lightening talk in corpse paint.  Some great presentations, posters and people, and lots of good chats about peer support lived experience and recovery
