My name is Jonathan Richard Fryer lm 33 l have 2 kids and they live with my mum and dad and l live on my own l have server asthma and 90 degree curve in my back and l also suffer with depression and anxiety too.
I love my rock and metal music. for me it is helping me with my depression and anxiety l listen to bands Linkin Park Evanescence papa Roach Black Stone Cherry Slipknot Stone Sour Disturbed five finger death punch Halestorm Shinedown Lacuna coil archery enemy within temptation Nightwish and my list goes on.
At the moment l have been to listening to Halestorm’s back from the dead album l do have a few favourites like back from the dead wicked ways the steeple terrible things Bombshell heavy mental Pscyho Crazy and Raise your horns. For me raise your horns has a place in my heart at this present time because l can relate to the song and the lyrics too and l know that l am not alone in this battle that lm going through with my depression and anxiety. I want to give a huge shout out to Lzzy Hale because raise your horns made me open up about my depression and anxiety which l had kept to myself for a very very long time and l didn’t know how to ask for the help. If it wasn’t for raise your horns l don’t no where l would be right now and l am greatful for that.
My depression and anxiety has played a part in my life for a very long time and l want to change that and start to mix with others and get out there and start doing stuff again.
I think the reason why l kept to myself for a very long time and this is truth l was scared what would people think of me and how l would look and what music l was listening too.
I don’t care what people would think about me l am owning my wired if lm a freak that l will take that as a compliment and carry on listening to rock and metal music and keep on being a freak 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎

Hi there Heavy Metal Therapy! Love your new merch! I work in mental health care in Germany and have enjoyed metal since I was 14. Would love to buy some shirts, patches and mugs to represent and spread the message. How can I contact you? (paypal doesn’t let me order for Europe and Elon doesn’t let me message you on twitter)….
