Briony Gunson is kindly offering a monthly online sessions in the art of “Conscious Connected Breathwork” with accompanying music in the metal style (of course!), including doom, folk, drone and post-metal. The breathwork journey part will last 50 minutes, with the first one being on the 3rd of June, then every first Wednesday of each month. The cost will be £15 per session with 20% of the fee going to HMT.
