Hello friends
We have been considering how we may demonstrate and evaluate our work, and how to improve things here at HMT. This is useful for us in a number of ways, including for funding support. If you have been involved in HMT in any capacity (including just stopping by to mooch around on the site/socials), please consider helping us out by filling in our feedback survey. We are interested in good and bad stuff, but especially how we can improve 🙂
Heavy Metal Therapy 
Heavy Metal Therapy is the one, especially if you have no one, to listen to or sympathise they hold your hand and dry your eyes.
I’m inspired to write poetry and tag their praises without metal and H.M.T. in my life I’d be pushing up daisies.
