We’ve had quite a busy January to start off 2024. We just snuck our first peer support group in on the last day, held at Throwback Coffee in Wakefield (thanks Lew!). Kevin, one of our facilitators, offered a little reflection on that group, picture is of all our helpers on the day (Lew, Tom, Linsey, Laura and Kevin):
We plan to run this group each month as a bit of a trial. If you think a peer support group for metal heads would be something good for your area, get in touch, we are looking to train facilitators and find venues across the UK and maybe online.
